Field use (as well as batting cage priorities) is always prioritized to baseball and softball practice times and game needs for children that registered in our NELL Spring Little League programs first. After those practice times and game dates are set, priority of additional field use is then given to our Saint Pete Barracudas, starting with our oldest divisions first and continuing to our lowest divisions last. Any additional usage outside of that is brought to the NELL Board for approval in accordance with your by-laws and NELL activities and/or the needs of our registered players (current and past).
