NELL is a totally volunteer organization and your time is required to make it work.

NELL parents are required to volunteer for 10 hours of service to the league each season in addition to the registration fee. Part of this time will be spent in the concession stand (generally 2 games a season for each parent) and the remainder of this time is spent on a committee of your choice (Membership, Fundraising, Opening/Closing Day, Concessions, Umpiring, Maintenance, or Competition). To make NELL a success we need the help of all our parents. If you simply don’t have the time to do the volunteer commitment or the concession duty, there is a League Support Fee option at registration. Your last and most important responsibility is to cheer on yours and other kids. Please read the parent code of conduct to further define your role as a parent in NELL.
