NELL is a totally volunteer organization

When you register you will be asked to click on a way you want to help NELL.  Here is an outline of how you can volunteer at NELL.

Auxiliary Board Member

These volunteers act as Board Members on Duty (BMOD) They are responsible for opening and closing the fields during their child’s games. They also ensure that the concession stand is adequately staffed and answer any questions that may arise during games. They are exempt from concession duty.

Manage/Coach

If you have skills are in need of a refresher we are always looking for coaches for our teams. We offer training through ALL Star Baseball. Having enough coaches helps to ensure that we  can field adequate teams.

Opening Day

This is a fun filled day for all families. We need volunteers to help plan and work that day of the event.

Umpires

We are always looking for parents to volunteer to umpire games. We do offer training  and clinics for those that have never done it before.

Maintenance

We  need volunteers to spruce up the  fields, concession stands and banners.

Tournaments/Competitions

NELL sometimes has  the opportunity to host tournaments with other leagues such as All Stars. We  always need scorekeepers, field prep, and concession stand help. Please consider helping with this if we host any tournaments.
